rest dex

42 int for halt

you can either use 20wis hammer and up slight attack for stun

or

dex/str weapon for normal hit damage. Dont forget forked skill for dex weapon
Im not sure if sword intensified increases str officiator weapons. never tested before

i like halt skill too =p it is gay. just like templar and attacker's net =p

Yes server is down. Apparently theres some maintenance going on where we are hosting the server. We will turn it on as soon as they are done

yes it does increase the base DMG and EA..already tested~
